For just a quick, short story – Smalls was born six weeks early and spent a little over two weeks in the NICU. She’s had a couple of appointments already for checks ups and weight checks. At her two month appointment the doctor said that we could stop supplementing her breast milk with formula (for added calories), but I was worried the added calories were what was making her gain weight, so we scheduled a weight check appointment that happened to be at her three month old mark. She did great and she weighed 10 lbs. 10 oz. (At her two month appointment she was 8 lbs. 12 oz.)

1. She is starting to coo and making lots of cute baby noises.
2. She isn’t sleeping through the night yet – so that’s fun.
3. She’s definitely looking less like a fragile, tiny baby and more like a plump chunky butt. ❤
