In Lieu of Week’s End…
This is my first Week’s End post of the year and I can’t get it together?!
That photo is pretty much my life right there. (Except I only have one child.) Whew. I can’t remember a darn thing lately!
So, we had Peanut’s first birthday party LAST Saturday and I meant to come in on Monday morning all bushy tailed and bright eyed, but that didn’t happen. I (finally) took most of the pictures on my digital camera (I’m trying to not rely on my iPhone camera so much) and I forgot the card reader to transfer my photos to my computer. My mom also came into town LAST Wednesday, so a “Sharing My Weekend” posts needs to be written soon. It’s always so much fun when she comes into town!
Then, I wasn’t feeling well on Tuesday so I stayed home. I only blog when I’m at work, so that meant no posting about my mom’s visit or Peanut’s party. Then, on Wednesday, when I got back into work, I had a lot of catching up to do, so I didn’t get around to blogging. Then, on Thursday, I forgot the card reader again. Sigh. What is my life!?
I do have the card reader today, but of course I can’t send an email to myself to transfer my pictures to edit them all cute and cool, so… hopefully I can get that done this weekend and post about it next weekend (and we can all pretend it didn’t take me a week just to transfer some dang pictures).
On another note – I chopped off ALL my hair last night. Okay, not all, but a lot. And I am soooo excited about it. I’ll try to get a good picture and post it. (I stay BEHIND the camera for a reason, so… we will see).
